    PMS received a grant from Michigan Insurance and Financial Services (MIAFS). $500 of the $1,500 grant will go toward the purchase of athletic equipment and $1,000 will go toward band storage cabinets at the middle school.

    Varsity Football Coach Conklin along with his wife and a few of his players visited the PMS Trial and Error Robotics Team and got to see the award winning robot first hand.

The New STEM Academy STEM_Web

Plainwell Middle School is proud to announce the addition of one of the most unique STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Academies in the State of Michigan. The PMS STEM Academy is a “School within a School” focused on exploring, innovating and creating for 6th and 7th grade students. STEM Enrichment courses are offered for 8th graders. The PMS STEM Academy will provide a project-based learning environment and opportunities for students to use critical-thinking, problem-solving and collaboration – all 21st-century workplace skills.

Parents’ Group
Parent Group meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month in the Exploration & Support Center at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome, but please know that childcare is not provided. This is a friendly, round-table discussion format.
