As always, Plainwell Community Schools will keep parents up to date on current events that may impact students and families. Please be aware that in recent days there have been multiple different social media threats directed at local districts which has resulted in those districts cancelling school. We are sharing a letter sent to all school districts in Allegan County from the County Prosecutor and County Sheriff regarding school threats. We are also sending you another copy of our Parent Safety Sheet which provides information on what to do in the event of a school incident as well as how to report a threat or concern. This parent information is also located on the magnetic school calendars provided to all parents at the beginning of the year under the "Important Information" section in blue at the bottom of the calendar.
