Thank you for considering enrollment for your student(s) at Plainwell Community Schools! We are thrilled that you considered our district for the education for your child(ren). Enrollment at PCS

Please note that you will need the following documents to upload:

  1. Embossed Birth Certificate

  2. Proof of Residency

    • Property deed, rental agreement, voter registration card, building permit, tax statement (in last 12 months) , gas utility bill, city water/sewer bill, electric bill (that includes name of the parent/guardian)

  3. Immunization Records

  4. Proof of Identity: Current Driver's License or Photo ID

  5. Court Orders/Custody Paperwork (if applicable)

  6. Schools of Choice Form (105C or 105 - if applicable) - CLICK HERE for information

Kindergarten & Young Five Enrollment

Thank you for choosing Plainwell Community Schools for the education of your child. We are excited to welcome the Kindergarten and Young Five students to the Trojan family this fall for the 2023-24 school year! We have two exceptional learning options available for our incoming Trojans:

  • Kindergarten - Available for students turning 5 years old prior to September 1, 2023

  • Young Five Program - Available for students turning 5 years old between September 1, 2023-December 1, 2023
