Leigha was Plainwell Middle Schools’ 1st "Book and a Bonus" winner. "Book and a Bonus" is a new MS incentive program sponsored by Ransom District Library to give away a $25 gift card every month to one lucky winner. In order to enter the raffle, students must read books at their level and report on them to their ELA teacher. After the report, students are given a slip to put into the "Book and a Bonus" raffle box in the library and one student is selected as the monthly winner. Congratulations to Leigha on being selected this month! Keep reading PMS students - Mrs. Reber is working hard to keep the library stocked with great books and of course students can also go to Ransom to find great books too! Special thanks to Ransom District Library for your support of the “Book and a Bonus" program!

We are excited to share the Plainwell Middle School Students of the Week! We are proud of your hard work and dedication. Way to go, Trojans! Clara (8th Grade): Clara is a very bright student who is kind to everyone. She has an infectious personality and makes the most out of every situation. She works hard and helps others. She is very funny and brings joy to the classroom. Anne (7th Grade): Anne is kind, patient, and hard working. She always puts forth her best effort. Her witty humor and quick smile are a joy to have at school every single day. Anne is the epitome of Plainwell PRIDE consistently. Levi (6th Grade): Levi is such a hard worker everyday in social studies class. Levi also always does a great job paying attention to every detail in class. He was an amazing partner during our fake nation-state project by being flexible and willing to adapt plans with his partner. His academic achievements so far this school year are impressive, and it is very evident that he is putting forth a tremendous effort at school. Throughout the year, we look forward to continuing to share our outstanding Middle School Students of the Week! GO TROJANS!
