The Plainwell High School Honors Choir received a special invitation from the Celebris Ensemble, a professional choral group based in Kalamazoo, to participate in their program titled “Earth and Sky”. During the program, the Honors Choir showcased two of their own songs and also presented a stunning piece called “The Road Home” in partnership with the ensemble. This collaboration was a truly remarkable experience for the Trojans! 🎶

Congratulations to PHS Senior, Ava Collier, who broke the school record with her vault of 11’ 3” to take 1st place at Regionals. With this vault, Ava broke the 11’ record that year was previously held by PHS Track Coach and Plainwell alumni, April Danneffel. Way to go, Ava - PLAINWELL PRIDE!

Join us for the upcoming Summer Tae Kwon Do program to improve coordination, gain strength and increase your flexibility while learning self-defense techniques, taught by Master Huong Tran. The eight week summer session for participants 7 and up runs from June 10-July 29. Classes will be held each Monday at Hicks Gym from 5:30-7:00 PM. Cost is $30/individual/$45 per family. Next up, they will play Gull Lake on Tuesday (5/28) at Wayland beginning at 5:00 PM.
Earlier today, the PHS Golf team competed in the Wolverine Conference golf tournament where they took 3rd place. The top scores from the Trojans came from Drew Rayman and Jacob Erdody who both shot a 78 and placed 6th in tournament. Way to go, Trojans - PLAINWELL PRIDE! ⛳️
