This well deserved recognition will be presented to Coach Leonard in November. We are incredibly proud and thankful to Coach Leonard for his commitment to the Trojan Wrestling program!

🎶📣 Congratulations to the Trojan Marching Band for securing 3rd place at the Rockford Invitational! 📣🎶 Competing against five other bands from across the state, the TMB is on track to make their fourth consecutive appearance at the State Finals at Ford Field. Their score of 73.7 on Saturday nearly matched last year's State Finals score, with three weeks still remaining in the season!
On October 26, the TMB will showcase their talent at the State Semifinals in Grand Ledge, competing against 11 other bands from the state for a chance to advance to the State Finals the following weekend. Way to go, TMB – PLAINWELL PRIDE!

The Field House progress continues. In the past week, various interior and exterior projects have been finished, such as installing the Trojan on the building's exterior and completing the staining of the gymnasium floor. The Trojans will be competing in the new Field House soon and we owe it all to the Plainwell community for supporting the 2019 bond proposal!

On Saturday, the Plainwell Girls Cross Country team competed at the Portage Invitational. Against the largest field of competition that they’ll face all season, Claire Vos led the Trojans to a top half team standing with her medal winning performance by finishing 44th out of over 300 runners in the Division 2 race. Gwen Todd also had a great race, setting a season best time. Next up for the PXC teams will be their dual meet at Otsego on Tuesday (10/8) at 4:30 PM. Way to go, Trojans! 📣👏🏼💙


What a beautiful night for the 2024 PHS Homecoming Football Game! The evening began with an outstanding performance of the national anthem by the PHS choir, followed by a hard played game by the varsity football team. During halftime, the Homecoming Court was announced and the 2024 Homecoming King and Queen were crowned. CONGRATULATIONS to Danika Sayles-Devine (Queen) and Marco Vega (King). Following the Homecoming announcement, the marching band finished halftime with an outstanding performance. Throughout the evening, Streidl Field was full of school spirit led by the amazing PHS cheerleaders (including special alumni guest cheerleaders).
The Trojans came up a little short with a 21-6 loss to Three Rivers, but it was still a great night filled with school spirit and Trojan pride to celebrate Homecoming. Way to go, Trojans - PLAINWELL PRIDE! 💙📣👏🏼
